SKILLS SHIFT AND ORGANISATIONAL SUSTAINABILITY: PERSPECTIVES FOR THE FUTURE OF WORK

Organisationalsustainability in the 21st century has aroused great concern world of business and academia. Studies have shown that insurance industry sustainability is beleaguered with low performance process, absence lean structure, poor organisational creativity excessive talent poaching. In Nigeria, insurancesustainability not been sufficiently investigated literature regards to effect skills shift, values on sustainability. Hence, article addresses this gap by investigating shift selected companies Lagos State, Nigeria. Methodologically, cross-sectional survey research design was adopted.
